30-Day Free Trial We want you to experience the SecureStop Pro with full confidence. That's why every purchase includes a 30-day trial period from the date of delivery. Use it, test it, and make sure it's right for you.
Eligibility If the SecureStop Pro isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned complete — with all accessories, components, and original packaging included. The product must be in fully functional condition. We cannot accept items that have been damaged through misuse, intentionally altered, or are missing parts.
Process To start a return, contact us at support@avexsafety.store. Our team will respond quickly with simple, step-by-step return instructions.
Refund Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been completed. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
